Team-tier organisations with EU/EEA/UK seats or where the customer is itself a GDPR controller.
What is InsiderScope's role?
Processor for account and usage data; independent controller for regulator-feed content.
Where is personal data processed?
Exclusively in the EU. Sub-processors are EU-hosted or bound by Standard Contractual Clauses.
How do I countersign?
Download from Settings → Legal (Team tier), sign, return by email; countersigned copy back within 5 business days.
