What is an InsiderScore?

A descriptive 0–100 score with four bands (Score A / B / C / D) reflecting how strong a public insider filing looks against historical patterns. It is not a buy/sell rating and not investment advice.

Which jurisdictions does InsiderScope cover?

Twelve: SEC (US), FCA (UK), BaFin (Germany), AFM (Netherlands), Finansinspektionen (Sweden), FIN-FSA (Finland), Finanstilsynet (Norway and Denmark), AMF (France), CNMV (Spain), ASIC / ASX (Australia), CSA / SEDI (Canada).

How are horizons measured?

In trading days, not calendar days. Entry is td 1 (first close on or after the filing date); exit is td 1 + horizon. Previously published calendar-day labels overstated elapsed market time by ~31% and have been corrected.

Is InsiderScope investment advice?

No. Per MiFID II Art. 44 posture, InsiderScope publishes descriptive historical analytics only. It is not investment advice, does not use buy/sell language, and does not use traffic-light colour semantics on public pages.
